Since the late 20s, The Cathay Room has been the place for Shanghai society and visitors to gather and dine, Champagne and premier wines flowed, platters of European delicacies and prime roasts were consumed in abundance and spectacular gastronomic creations were delivered flowed through from the kitchen doors.

A wine list showcasing 200 labels from Europe and the New World are presented by the resident Wine Sommelier.
