Babysitting
Babysitting services are available at approximately $10 USD per hour per child. The guest is also responsible for the babysitter's transportation cost of $15 USD. The hotel Concierge can assist you with your childcare arrangements.
Bell Staff
Bellmen are located at the Lobby of the hotel. They will be happy to assist you with porterage and luggage storage.

Children's Activity Center
The Fairmont Pierre Marques has a playground located in the garden of Las Arboledas. Open seven days a week, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., a variety of activities are offered, such as basketball, soccer, water polo, water volleyball and more. Birthday parties with piñatas can be organized. Children should be accompanied by an adult.
Concierge
The Concierge Desk is located in the Main Lobby of the hotel. They can help you arrange dinner reservations and give you directions to major attractions and events.
Gift Shops
The hotel has several shops and boutiques, such as a drug store, tennis and golf logo shops and a souvenir shop as well as an upscale convenience store.
Housekeeping
The Housekeeping staff is pleased to offer twice-daily maid service to ensure the comfort of all our guests. They can also provide mini-refrigerators, irons, iron boards, hair dryers and emergency kits.
Laundry Services
The hotel is offering same-day laundry services to all registered guests. A laundry bag can be found in the room's closet.
Parking
The hotel has its own parking lot inside the hotel grounds. When the lot is full, parking facilities outside of the hotel are available and within the property limits. There is a charge for the parking services.
Pet Policy
Fairmont Pierre Marques is a dog friendly hotel, offering special vacation packages and amenities so dog lovers can travel with their best friend. $75 USD, plus taxes, per pet, per day staying in the hotel. Pets shall not be left unattended in the hotel room (your pet may behave very well at home but could easily get a little scared in new surroundings). Pets must be on a leash or in a carry cage while being transported within the hotel. Pets are not allowed in restaurants, bars, spa, fitness center, pool areas, convention center areas or any other area designated by the hotel staff. You are responsible for all damages caused by your pet while you are staying in the hotel. All pets must be under 20 pounds in total weight.

Wheelchair Accessibility
Rooms on the first floor of the Villas and those in the Main Building are all wheelchair accessible. Public areas like the pool decks, shops and restaurants are wheelchair accesible. Two fully equipped handicapped rooms are available.
