First Course
Chilled Baja California Rock Lobster 'Napoleon'
Chilled Lobster Medallions layered with Roasted Red Peppers and Avocado. Served with a petit Baby Green Salad, three Roasted Pepper Oils.

Smoked Duck Breast Salad
A selection of Baby Greens, Walnuts, Aged Stilton Cheese Crumble, Raspberry Vinaigrette.

Tempura Cold Water Prawn Salad
Served on an Avocado Ratatouille, Petit Baby Green and Herb Bundle, Ponzu Sesame Seed Dressing. Japanese Dipping Sauce.

Entrées
'Napoleon' Filet Mignon and Foie Gras
Crispy Potato Shiitake Cake, Wild Mushrooms and Asparagus Ragoût, Aged Port Wine Reduction.

Grilled Baja California Rock Lobster
Served with a Yukon Gold Potato Gratin, Grilled Pesto Marinated Baby Greens, Lemongrass Emulsion.

Bamboo Steamed Pacific Sea Bass in Banana Leaf
Served with Oyster Mushroom Glazed Baby Bok Choy and Cumin Scented Balsamati Rice. Coconut- Lemongrass Cream.

Warm Almond and Chocolate Financier served with our homemade Pistachio Ice-Cream. Served with a Symphony of Fruit and Chocolate Sauces.
