Your Fairmont Gold experience begins the moment you arrive and take the panoramic elevators to the 19th Floor to the Fairmont Gold reception area.  Here, your individuality is valued, your room preferences are honoured, and your arrangements for a quick and effortless departure are anticipated.

In the exclusive Fairmont Gold lounge, our dedicated team extends a friendly, sincere welcome and ensures that your every need is met including arranging dinner reservations, limousines and any other special priviledges such as access to various newspapers and magazines, or even catch up on email with our complimentary computers. Throughout the day you canenjoy coffee, tea, an honour bar as well as complimentary cocktail canapés, served between 5:00pm and 7:00pm in a tranquil atmosphere of relaxing comfort.

And be sure to start your day off perfectly with a healthy and bountiful deluxe continental breakfast from 6:30am to 10:00am Mondays to Fridays, and 7:00am to 11:00am weekends, while enjoying views of downtown Montreal from the lounge.

• Personalized wake-up call, juice and coffee or tea delivered to your room.   
• Executive Boardroom located on the 19th floor, with conference phone and High Speed Internet access.  Can accommodate up to twelve people.  (Reservations required through the 19th floor Concierge, on a complimentary basis for a maximum of four hours per day, subject to availability. $100/hour for each additional hour.)    
• Photocopy and fax services provided by the 19th floor Concierge (long distance charges will apply)    
• Access to a personal computer in the lounge
