The mid-winter food, drink and entertainment festival Montréal en lumière (formerly known as the Montreal High Lights Festival) is planned for February 16 to 26, 2012. A total of 32 visiting chefs and a dozen winemakers are scheduled to travel to Montreal to liven up local palates. The main contingent of chefs will come from the Wallonia and Brussels regions of Belgium; six chefs from Seattle and seven from the Outaouais region are also on the program.
