Babysitting
Babysitting is available for hotel guests at $9 CAD per hour for the first child and $3 CAD per hour for any extra children. A minimum charge of three hours will apply with a 24-hour cancellation policy.
Bell Staff
Bell staff is located at the Main Entrance of the hotel and is available until 11:00 p.m.
Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time is 12:00 noon.
Children's Activity Center
Fairmont Le Manoir Richelieu's Friends' Club is for children from 4 to 12 years old. Upon registration, the child gets a membership card and a surprise gift. The Club has a wide range of activities including supervised swimming and aquatic games, crafts, bracelet making, treasure hunts and more. Meals are included. Rates are in Canadian dollars.

Winter schedule: Friday 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and Sunday 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.
Summer Schedule : Everyday from 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m.

Concierge
The Concierge is located in the Lobby and is available seven days a week during high season and at the Front Desk or Royal Service during low season.
Elevators
Three elevators are located next to the registration desk.
Express Check-Out
Account balance verification and express video check-out can be done from the television.
Gift Shops
Gift Shops are located on the ground level. An Art Gallery is located on the Lobby level.
Housekeeping
Housekeeping is offered on a daily basis and the department will be happy to provide extra towels and hypoallergenic pillows on request.
Laundry Services
Dry cleaning is available through Housekeeping.
Parking
Indoor valet parking: $22 CAD including taxes per night, in and out privileges.
Outdoor self-parking : Free
The Fairmont properties in the Québec province have installed electric vehicle charging stations in partnership with Hydro-Québec’s Electric Circuit. Electric vehicle users can now drive worry-free, knowing that a public network of charging stations is available to meet their needs. Our charging station is located in the indoor parking. Pet Policy
Small pets are allowed for $25 CAD/night and are not to be left unattended in the room.
Wheelchair Accessibility
There are ten rooms equipped for physically-challenged guests. Some have widened doorways for wheelchairs. Tub benches and raised toilet seats are available through Housekeeping. Wheelchairs can be obtained through Security.
