As part of La Route des Saveurs de Charlevoix, 75% of the products used in this menu come from local suppliers located within a 50 km radius. Not only does this program allow us to promote local farms but it also helps us respect our commitment to environmental stewardship by offering fresh and locally sourced items to our guests, which are transformed by our Chef, Patrick Turcot, and his team while respecting the high standards of presentation established by Fairmont Hotels and Resorts.
