Special Note to Snowmobilers
Fairmont Le Manoir Richelieu is truly a snowmobiler's paradise. For those arriving with their snowmobile, Fairmont Le Manoir Richelieu offers a free indoor heated parking for one or two snowmobiles per room reserved on the Snowmobile Package. Additional snowmobiles are $17.50 CAD per night.
Information and General Services
Babysitting is available for hotel guests at $9.00 CAD per hour for the first child and $3.00 CAD per hour for any extra children. A minimum charge of three hours will apply with a 24-hour cancellation policy.
Bell staff is located at the Main Entrance of the hotel and is available until 11:00 p.m.
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time is 12:00 noon.
Fairmont Le Manoir Richelieu's Friends' Club is for children from 4 to 12 years old. Upon registration, the child gets a membership card and a surprise gift. The Club has a wide range of activities including supervised swimming and aquatic games, crafts, bracelet making, treasure hunts and more. Meals are included. Rates are in Canadian dollars.

The Concierge is located in the Lobby and is available seven days a week during high season and at the Front Desk or Royal Service during low season.
Three elevators are located next to the registration desk.
Account balance verification and express video check-out can be done from the television.
Gift Shops are located on the ground level. An Art Gallery is located on the Lobby level.
The housekeeping department will be happy to provide extra towels and hypoallergenic pillows on request.
Dry cleaning is available through Housekeeping.

Small pets are allowed for $25 CDN/night and are not to be left unattended in the room.
There are ten rooms equipped for physically-challenged guests. Some have widened doorways for wheelchairs. Tub benches and raised toilet seats are available through Housekeeping. Wheelchairs can be obtained through Security.
