The Conceirge - Mohamed and the manager at the Pent House / Fairmont Gold - Yugan have both rendered close and personal service to me that made me feel at home. I enjoyed the stay largely due to their great services.

We recently stayed at the hotel for a short business trip during Ramadan. The staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and constantly smiling throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, and the room service team was incredibly kind. We enjoyed our iftar at the hotel, where the food selection was extensive and exceptionally delicious. Without hesitation, I would choose this hotel again for my next trip, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting.

From the moment I stepped into the opulent lobby of the Fairmont Riyadh, I knew I was in for a treat. The hotel's striking design, blending modern elegance with traditional touches, set the stage for a truly luxurious experience. The staff welcomed me with the warmest of smiles, their attention to detail and readiness to assist was apparent in every interaction, making me feel like royalty. My room was a haven of comfort and luxury. Every aspect of the room, from the plush bedding to the state-of-the-art amenities, was designed to offer an unparalleled sense of relaxation and sophistication. The cleanliness and maintenance standards were impeccable, reflecting the hotel's commitment to excellence. Dining at the Fairmont Riyadh was nothing short of a culinary journey. Each restaurant offered a unique ambiance and an exquisite menu that showcased the best of local and international cuisine. The quality of the food and the service was exceptional, making each meal a memorable experience. The hotel's amenities, including the spa, fitness center, and swimming pool, were top-notch, providing a perfect blend of relaxation and recreation. Whether I was enjoying a rejuvenating spa treatment or taking a leisurely swim under the sky, I felt completely at ease and pampered. But what truly set the Fairmont Riyadh apart was its people. Every staff member I encountered was genuinely friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable. Their professionalism and warmth made me feel truly valued and appreciated.
The staff at the hotel was exemplary but the water in the bathroom was not hot and after a long trip, this was very disappointing. Furthermore, the mic on the phone in the room is very weak so when talking to the reception / concierge it was hard for them to hear me. Overall, fell below my high expectations on Fairmont.

I spent 4 nights at the Fairmont with a group from my company and we had meetings and meals in the hotel. The atmosphere, the quality of the food and service, everything was lovely.

The stay overall is good. however, the service can be better since it is Fairmont. no milk with the coffee in the room, no cotton pads for women. the tea bags was not filled with my favorite flavor that i was consuming. ( we need to be more detailed oriented) The sweets that was offered the first day in the room, stayed there the whole time of my stay. I already consumed it and was a tiny half piece left. not acceptable. on the Last night, I got someone in my room. the night shift team checked in someone to my room while i was still there.it was 12:30 after midnight. super scary experience.
