Xerox Business Centre

The Xerox Centre at The Fairmont Royal York provides business travelers with the best printing technology available. It also offers an 'office away from the office' for guests of The Fairmont Royal York. Our quiet, efficient Toronto conference and convention business center will let you be more productive during your stay. The Xerox Business Center, located on the Lobby Level, is the only business center of its kind in a hotel.

Print Consulting
An on-site Print Consultant is available to assist with all of your document requirements, understanding your specific needs, providing recommendations and determining the most cost effective production method.
Office:
- Three private work stations, equipped with PC computer (Internet ready with high-speed access, and connected to a color laser printer), a telephone, individual climate control and lights.
- Two private telephone booths with a pay phone with data jack (analog only), and a speaker phone, small desk and chair.
- Boardroom with conference call capability (available on first-come, first-serve basis). The boardroom can be booked for a maximum of 3 hours at a time.
- Fax machine
- Photocopier
- Selection of North American newspapers and business magazines
Costs:
- Internet access: $5.50 plus tax for 30 minutes, $11.00 plus tax for 1 hour.
- Boardroom: $45 per hour to a maximum of 3 hours, $25 per hour for Fairmont President's Club guests (to a maximum of 3 hours).
