The Laurel Court ~ Christmas Dinner
Known for its continential cuisine highlighting local producers, The Laurel Court offers an elegant setting to enjoy Christmas dinner. The culinary team has designed a truly outstanding four-course menu for your pleasure. A choice is offered at each course. The holiday menus can be enjoyed with an extensive selection of a single-vineyard wines and Fairmont featured cocktails from The Laurel Court Bar.

The Tonga Room Restaurant & Hurricane Bar
The Tonga Room & Hurricane Bar is an experience like no other. Within moments you will know that you've been swept away to a celebratory venue. Friends and family can share in a Pacific-Rim inspired festive family-style meal or enjoy a special three-course holiday menu. Dance to the ocean rhytms of the Island Groove band; performance begin at 8:00pm and will continue to 12:30am.
Dinner reservations can be made between 6:00pm and 10:00pm.

Open for cocktails from 5:00pm. (No Happy Hour on this evening).
