Executive Suite

The Executive suites are located on the 3rd, 4th and 5th floor of the Main Building. They all feature one king bed and are therefore suited for single or double occupancy, couples and families. All Executive suites are luxurious open-concept suites (no division between bedroom and sitting area). The suites are elegantly decorated and feature a modern marble bathroom with a separate walk-in shower, a bathtub. The room includes a working desk, a speakerphone with multiple lines, a cordless phone, a separate modem connection, a loveseat, two easy chairs, a coffee table, a dining room table and chairs for four. In addition, High speed Internet access is available on the 4th floor. The room has a large walk-in closet. All Executive suites are non-smoking.

One or Two Fairmont Bedroom Suite

The One Bedroom suites are located on the 6th through 20th floors in the Main Building, or 3rd through 14th floors in the South Tower. They consist of a separate bedroom with a king bed and a parlor area and are therefore suited for multiple occupancy, families or the business traveler hosting small meetings up to six persons. All One Bedroom suites are elegantly decorated with one spacious and modern marble bathroom featuring a separate walk-in shower and bathtub. The bedroom features an easy chair and a coffee table. The parlor is equipped with a working desk, a speakerphone with multiple lines, a cordless phone, a separate modem connection, a sofa and an easy chair. Additionally, in the Main Building One Bedroom suites, there is a dining room table and chairs for four. High speed Internet access is available in all suites. In-room safes and CD players are provided in the South Tower One Bedroom suites. All suites are non-smoking. All suites connect to either a Fairmont room with one king or two double beds.

International Luxury Suite

The International Luxury Suite offers luxurious accommodation with a bedroom and separate parlor room. Featuring a single jetted whirlpool tub in the bathroom and a small seating area in the bedroom, this contemporary California decor suite also offers a decorative fireplace, hospitality-size coat closet, powder rooms and a dining room table that seats six. The suite is suitable for hospitality parties up to 50 people. For added convenience there is a sofabed as well as numerous couches and chairs that seat up to ten people.The room is equipped with High Speed Internet access.

Fairmont Luxury Suite

The Fairmont Luxury Suite is a luxurious accommodation with a bedroom and separate parlor room. Featuring a single jetted whirlpool tub and a small seating area in the bedroom, this contemporary California decor suite offers a decorative fireplace, baby grand piano, hospitality-size coat closet, powder room and dining room table that seats eight. For Hospitality purposes the room can accommodate up to 40 guests. For added convenience there is a sofabed and numerous couches and chairs that seat up to ten people. The room is equipped with High Speed Internet access.

Presidential Luxury Suite

This luxurious suite is finished in contemporay California decor. The suite offers vaulted ceilings, a single jetted whirlpool tub, entrance foyer and hospitality-size coat closet. Able to accommodate up to 20 people for hospitality purposes, the suite also offers a powder room, dining table that seats four, a sofabed and numerous couches and easy chairs. If you plan on getting some work done during your stay, you will appreciate the large working desk and High Speed Internet access as well.

Signature Suite

Offers HSIA and consist of a separate bedroom and a parlour area- and are suited for multiple occupancy- families or the business traveler hosting small meetings up to six persons.

All Signature suites are elegantly decorated with one spacious and modern marble bathroom featuring a separate walk-in shower and bathtub- and a ten-inch color TV on the bathroom vanity. The 450 sq. ft. bedroom features two easy chairs- a coffee table and a walk-in closet. The 450 sq. ft. parlour is equipped with a working desk- a speakerphone with multiple lines- a cordless phone- a separate modem connection- a sofa- an easy chair and a dining room table and chairs for four. A TV is also found in the bedroom and parlour areas- for a total of 3 in the suite.

Each Signature suite has a 286 sq. ft. private patio with direct access to the 60-ft. outdoor swimming pool. The patio is furnished with two sun loungers and a coffee table- four easy chairs and a cocktail table suitable for casual dining.
