Winemaker and Master Distiller Dinners
Each month, one of the World's best winerys and distillerys is be promoted in The Restaurants and Lounges of The Fairmont San Jose. During this period our guests will have the pleasure to sample their wines and spirits at discounted prices.
At a selected date during the month (see below schedule for details), a winemaker or master distiller dinner will be host at The Fairmont San Jose featuring their best wines or spirits paired with the exquisite food of Executive Chef Daniel Maurice.
