Each month, one of the world's best wineries flaunts the fruit of the winemaker’s passion as we present The Fairmont San Jose’s Winemaker Dinner. A featured winery brings its most prestigious wines and hosts dinner at the Pagoda Restaurant. Beginning with a short reception introducing the first wine of the night, the wines, paired with the exquisite food of Executive Chef Daniel Maurice, are then introduced in detail course by course throughout the evening by the winemaker himself. To top it all off, each attendee receives a bottle of one of the featured wines to take home. Please see the schedule below for upcoming dinners and menus.
