For those seeking a truly unique experience and a useful skill, experience our Carving Master Class. This inspiring Master Class includes the care and choice of carving implements, advice from Simpson's Master Cook and the chance to practice on a variety of joints.

Each 'student' receives his own carving knife and fork from Donald Russell - one of the best sets available - a mystery gift, and a certificate proclaiming him or her as having completed the course.

The class is followed by Sunday lunch, served in Simpson's West Room, when family and friends are encouraged to join and see the students display their newly acquired skills.

Master Classes take place on Sundays and last for two hours. The classes are informal but informative.
