The Savoy uses the services of an accredited and reputable babysitting company in London. For information and reservations, please contact the concierge team at +44 (0)20 7420 2460. Providing advanced notice of 4-hours or more is recommended.
Bellmen can be found at The Savoy's famous front entrance and in the Main Lobby of the hotel. They will be happy to assist you with porterage as well as your luggage storage needs.
Check-in time is 2.00 p.m.; Check-out time is 12:00 p.m.
The Savoy's renowned concierge staff is available 24-hours a day in the Main Lobby of the hotel. Most are members of the exclusive Les Clefs d'Or, reserved for those professionals who meet very strict criteria. With their knowledge of the city's best cuisine, they can help arrange reservations at the most popular restaurants. The concierge team can also secure tickets to museums, the theatre, opera, ballet, concerts and sport matches. Other services include securing transport and parcel delivery or pick-up. The Cashier's Desk, located to the left of the Front Desk, can provide exchange service from several major currencies into Pounds Sterling. There is also an American Express International Currency Exchange Office on the Strand, a few steps from the front doors of the hotel.
Housekeeping staff is pleased to offer twice-daily maid service to ensure the best possible comfort to all our guests.
Same-day laundry service and complimentary overnight shoeshine service is available. Pressing service is offered from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday to Saturday and from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Sundays.
Valet parking is available at the Savoy Adelphia Garage, which is located near the hotel's river entrance.
Please Note: The Savoy is located within the Congestion Charge zone. The charge for driving into this area between 7:00 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. Monday to Friday is £8.00. For more information, please visit Transport for London's Congestion Charge web site.
In order to guarantee our guests a comfortable, safe, and allergy-free environment, The Savoy respectfully declines the presence of pets in guest rooms and suites, with the exception of working dogs assisting guests with disabilities. Working dogs are accommodated free of charge.
All guest rooms are equipped with an in-room safe. Safety deposit boxes are also available at the Front Desk at no extra charge.
There are rooms at the hotel that are specially adapted for physically challenged guests. These rooms' feature wide doorways, grab bars in the bathroom and lowered door handles.
