Bellmen are located at the resort's main entry and in the main lobby. They are available to assist with porterage, luggage storage and on-site shuttle service. They provide overnight golf club storage for $6.50.
Check-in time is 4 p.m.
Check-out time is noon.
Childcare service is available with a required four-hour minimum service. The price is $17 USD/hour for one child. Each additional child is an extra $2 USD/hour. Not to exceed four children per one sitter. Only one sitter per family and we are unable to combine families to one sitter. Cancellation policy is 24 hours, except on holidays which is 48 hours. Special rates apply during holidays.
The Concierge desk is located in the main lobby of the hotel and is open from 6:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. (hours may vary according to season). They can assist with dinner reservations, activity recommendations and provide directions to major attractions and events.
The hotel has four elevators in the main building. The second floor of the Casitas and Fairmont Gold are accessible by stairs.
Guests can verify their account and check-out through their guest-room television. A receipt will be mailed out to the address provided by the guest at the time of reservation or check-in.

At the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess, our complimentary Kid's Club program is a resort camp experience like no other! A must see for children ages 5 to 12 looking for fun and adventure. Children will enjoy learning, exploring and participating in a variety of organized events including scavenger hunts, games, books, movies, swimming, lagoon fishing and more. The hotel has three parking lots, one for each section of the hotel.
Valet parking: From $23 USD for overnight, including in-and-out privileges. Overnight parking fees are waived for hybrid car drivers.
Self parking: $8 USD
Pets not exceeding 25 lbs are allowed in rooms of the resort for $25 USD per day. Not more than two animals per guestroom. The animal(s) must not be left unattended in the room and are not permitted in the resort's restaurants and bars. Seeing-eye dogs are always welcome and exempt of charges and restrictions.
Safety deposit boxes are available at the Front Desk, at no extra charge.
The hotel has seven rooms equipped with grab bars for the physically challenged guest. All public areas of the hotel offer easy wheelchair access.
