Sedona
Known as “Red Rock Country,” Sedona is located 125 miles north of the greater Phoenix area.  A charming town named after Sedona Schnebly (an early settler’s wife), Sedona is best known for its extraordinary red rock scenery. Geological stages and ‘happenings’ (including oceans and volcanic eruptions) formed the awe-inspiring red rock formations over a span of 350 million years. In addition to these magnificent formations, visitors are also drawn to the climate, abundance of wildlife, and a vibrant community of artists, writers and actors. While in Sedona, guests can enjoy adventures such as riding with Red Rock or Pink Jeep Adventures, touring Montezuma’s Castle, hiking through national monuments such as Courthouse Butte and Bell Rock, shopping in the Spanish-style center, Tlaquepaque, or dining in many unique restaurants.

Explore Cave Creek/Carefree
Guests can spend the afternoon and enjoy the Old West in Cave Creek and Carefree. Just a 30-minute drive from the resort, Cave Creek and Carefree are truly authentic western towns. Guests can enjoy browsing the many galleries, boutique shopping and dining at a variety of restaurants.
