Open six nights a week for dinner, this Scottsdale restaurant features seating for up to 281 guests and serves only American Kobe and Certified All-Natural Angus Beef in a modern dining room.

About Chef Michael Mina

Red Sauce Nights

Tuesday and Wednesday evenings in the bar and lounge, guests enjoy a fun, three-course menu at one Scottsdale’s hottest steakhouses, Michael Mina’s Bourbon Steak. Executive Chef Chris Curtiss’ Red Sauce Night includes hand-pulled mozzarella with marinated heirloom tomatoes, pesto and toasted ciabatta, followed by hand-cut pasta with meat sauce, garlic bread and the “Three Wise Guys” a trio of cannolis: pistachio, chocolate and cherry. The price is $45 per person.


Fried Chicken Nights

Getting the weekend kicked off in Southern style: This four-course menu offered in the bar and lounge from Chef Curtiss include a wedge salad, buttermilk fried Jidori chicken with green beans, Grandma’s coleslaw, biscuits and local honey, a cheese course of Humboldt Fog with fig jam, marcona almonds and country bread, ending with the Bourbon banana split with house-made gelato, caramelized banana, hot fudge and candied peanuts. The price is $49 per person.


Summer Cocktail Classes

Join our lead “Libation Master” Chad Elsner for an interactive spirits course on the first Thursday of every month from 5:30 to 6:30pm in the bar and lounge. $25 per person includes light canapés, three craft cocktails and 20% off any additional menu or beverage items ordered in the restaurant or bar pre or post class.

Fireside Happy Hour

Join us nightly from 5-6 pm at our bar and all night on our fireside terrace. Enjoy 50% off bar bites as well as $5 specialty cocktails, daily house-made punch, and select red and white wines.

Monthly Tasting Menu

Award-Winning Executive Chef, Chris Curtiss, offers a monthly five-course tasting menu featuring the season’s freshest produce with a focus on locally sourced ingredients. Hand-selected wine pairings by our resident Sommelier are also available to accompany this seasonal pre-fixe. Cost is $85 per person and an additional $39 per person for wine pairings.
