NEW! Tequila Bar
The tequila bar offers nightly artisan tastings and features 200+ varieties of tequila from 36 different labels presented by a Tequila God or Goddess on weekends. Flaming coffees are a specialty of the house. These innovative cocktails are served tableside so guests can enjoy the dramatic presentation and aromas as well as the delicious flavors.
Tacos and Tequila
Join us nightly from 5 to 6 pm in the bar and lounge for Happy Hour. Enjoy specials such as $4 tacos and $6 margaritas, imported beers and tequila flights.
Guacamole Fest
This is a guac-lovers’ dream with three unique guacamole prepared tableside – or a tasting can be ordered of all three:
• Guacamole del Costa Baja, made with pomegranate, coconut, mango, jicama, watermelon, lime, salsa, buffalo, chipotle citrus salt and spiced peanuts
• Guacamole del Yucatan, made with citrus marinated shrimp, salsa habanero, pico de gallo, orange onion escabeche
• Guacamole de Chicharron, made with chicharron, carnitas, salsa morita, red cabbage, cilantro, radish, queso fresco and pickled red onion
Popsicles with a Kick
Refreshing and new this summer at La Hacienda are paletas (Mexican popsicles made of fresh fruit) and raspados (Mexican slushies made with fresh fruit purees). Grown-ups can enjoy a spiked raspados with the addition of tequila. These items launch on the first day of summer, June 21st, Summer Solstice and will be offered through Labor Day.
About Chef Richard Sandoval
Teaming with the restaurant is internationally-renowned Chef Richard Sandoval, who owns more than a dozen restaurants around the world. Mexican-born and trained at the Culinary Institute of America, he is considered the “Father of Modern Mexican Cuisine.”
About Chef Forest Hamrick
In the kitchen will be the resort's own Executive Chef Forest Hamrick, who led La Hacienda to receive the AAA Four-Diamond award three years straight.
