Tequila Bar

The tequila bar offers nightly artisan tastings and features over 200 varieties of tequila from 36 different labels as well as a custom blended barrel from Herradura. Flaming coffees are a are served tableside so guests can enjoy the dramatic presentation and aroma of this specialty house cocktail as well as its delicious flavors. 

About Chef Richard Sandoval

Teaming with the restaurant is internationally-renowned Chef Richard Sandoval, who owns more than a dozen restaurants around the world. Mexican-born and trained at the Culinary Institute of America, he is considered the “Father of Modern Mexican Cuisine.” 

About Chef Forest Hamrick

In the kitchen will be the resort's own Executive Chef Forest Hamrick, who led La Hacienda to receive the AAA Four-Diamond award three years straight.

• Friday and Saturday: 5:30 – 10:00 p.m.
