Television personality Laura McIntosh knows all too well the stress a busy schedule can bring! So the best way to wind down and relax is having some great and refreshing ideas for quick and easy meals.
Join Laura McIntosh as she hosts cooking classes that help you make the most of what’s fresh and wonderful this time of the year. Join Laura as she shares with you her expertise in preparing great fresh meals using peak of season ingredients, learn how refreshing and easy it is to cook. Paired with the perfect wine accompaniment and winding down is a snap.

Thursday – A “wine down” welcome reception
Mingle and relax in style and join us for a 3-course Tapas appetizer “wine down”. We will use in season fresh ingredients paired with fabulous wines from Laura’s favorite wineries. Enjoy perfect prepared fresh bites, paired with the perfect wine accompaniment. Laura explains how you can replicate this “wine down” at your home.

Friday – Great entertaining starts with a healthy you!
A personalized visit with our on site health coach to make sure that you stay healthy and feel your best everyday.
Lunch & Pinot Pairing – Laura showcases Pinot Noir as she introduces fresh ingredients & creates unique recipes that pair perfectly with Pinot. With each bite Laura and in house chef explain the ingredients demonstrate how it’s prepared and explains how it matches with the wines served.

Saturday – Breakfast & Smoothies and or Breakfast and Champagne
The most important meal of the day… breakfast. Learn how to prepare a fresh and easy recipes for breakfast that give you the energy you need to start your day off right. What’s for breakfast Group cooking classes turn your eggs upside down as we share fun and easy recipes for breakfast with a twist.
During the day, enjoy a personalized spa treatment and relax!
Then, in the evening, enjoy dinner with Laura & a Celebrity Chef. This will be filmed – your personal cooking show happens right in front of your eyes.
