Classic Favorite White Cake
Light and fluffy vanilla chiffon cake soaked with simple syrup and layered with white chocolate mousse.
The chocolate is made in France by Cacao Barry – Blanc Satin, famous for its smooth and fine texture.
Chocolate Noire Cake
Chocolate chiffon cake soaked with simple syrup and layered with Cacao Barry dark chocolate mousse.
Chocolate Truffle Cake
Dark chocolate devil’s food cake layered with dark chocolate mousse. Great for chocolate lovers!
Chocolate Fantasia Cake
This delicious cake has combinations of cakes and fillings.
Alternating vanilla chiffon cake and chocolate chiffon cake, soaked with simple syrup and layered with alternating white and dark chocolate mousse.
Venetian Lemon Cake
Light chiffon cake soaked with simple syrup, a touch of fresh lemon zest and spread with lemon curd.
Layered with lemon mousse made of pastry cream, whipped cream and a touch of Cacao Barry white chocolate.
Hazelnut Rocco Cake
Light chiffon cake with layers of crisp hazelnut meringue, hazelnut mousse and white chocolate mousse.
The cake is lightly soaked with simple syrup.
Tiramisu
Cappuccino soaked chiffon cakes filled with creamy mascarpone cheese and a touch of orange flavor.
Traditional Tiramisu with lady fingers are by request only.
Sweet Baby Organic Carrot Cake
To make this cake moist we use finely shredded sweet baby organic carrots and layer it with Philadelphia cream cheese icing. Butter cream frosting is suggested to achieve a silky finish. Toasted black walnuts are delicious in this cake and can be added by request.
Triple Orange Grand Marnier Cake
Orange flavor dominates in this cake! Light orange chiffon cake layers are soaked with Grand Marnier syrup.
Between the layers is a white chocolate Grand Marnier mousse with orange zest.
Southeast Red Velvet Cake
This old fashion cake is simply all red. The red cake is still light, but with a full body texture.
The filling is butter cream with Philadelphia cream cheese. Also, all red!

Cake prices range from $12 to $50 per person depending on the design and number of layers required.
Cakes provided by our clients require a $10 per person cake cutting fee and include a fresh berry coulis.
