Beginning with the Tree Lighting on November 24, The Fairmont Olympic comes alive with the sparkle of the season. Toast the holidays and celebrate with a decedent menu prepared by Executive Chef Gavin Stephenson and his award winning Georgian team. Each of our signature holiday events feature unique seasonal menu with an appetizer buffet of luscious seafood, salads and fruits of the season, choice of an a la carte entrée and a decadent dessert buffet.
