Enjoy a 4-course dinner with 6 wines from the Antirnori Family wineries of Col Solare (WA), Antica (California) & Guado al Tasso (Italy). Antinori winery is one of the great wine producers in Italy with over 26 generations of history. One of their specialties is the production of Cabernet Sauvignon blends from the Tuscany region. Over the years they have expanded their brand to various parts of the world and brought their expertise to places like Chile, California, and of course Washington.
This dinner will feature the wines of 3 of their brands, Col Solare from Washington, Antica from California, and Guado al Tasso from Italy. The dinner will offer guests the opportunity to enjoy the current release of these fantastic wines and compare them with a library vintage alongside a fantastic menu prepared by Chef Gavin Stephenson to match.
The dinner will be in a communal seating in The Georgian restaurant with the winemaker from each brand represented. Throughout the meal the winemakers will not only have the opportunity to talk about their wines but offer the guests the chance to ask questions and talk to the creators of these world class wines.
