YOGAILATES
This practice combines the strength and flexibility exercises of a Yoga class along with the core tightening and strengthening benefits of Pilates, that also helps one achieve a slimmer physique and better posture.

PILATES TONE
This session focuses on body alignment, muscle lengthening and endurance building, whilst stretching muscles and releasing tension.

AQUA FITNESS – Basic/Advance
Excellent way to lose weight, beat cellulite and tone up faster. It gives you a more intense work-out than an ordinary exercise, plus it’s gentle on the joints and gives greater benefit for the heart.

YOGA CORE
The continuous flow of yoga postures and exercise is designed to increase muscle strength and tone, particularly the core muscles of the body like abdominal muscles, lower back, hips and buttocks; enhancing muscular control of your back and limbs.

HIIT YOGA
HIIT Yoga is a combination of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and Yoga. By incorporating hard cardio moves with strength training, HIIT Yoga is perfect for those seeking a full body burner and deep stretch in a short period of time. Each session comprises breathing exercises, warm-ups, bursts of high intensity yoga moves with short recovery and a series of sun salutations. This cardiovascularly challenging workout bumps up the heart rate that aids in burning calories and boosting body metabolism, while improving strength and flexibility – all at the same time.

DYNAMIC YOGA
This rigorous workout develops strength, flexibility and balance with the use of continuous yoga movement. It synchronizes breath and movement to help the body energy flow.

YIN YOGA
It explores the body’s subtle energy’s deep stretching endurance to cultivate a peaceful and meditating mind. Yin Yoga postures are quiet and passive with concentration on keeping the joints mobile. This is a more meditative approach that provides a quality of stillness.

ABT
A low impact but high intensity body workout, focusing mainly on the abdominal, butts and thigh area to banish excess bulge.

Vinyasa Yoga
A vigorous style of yoga based on a rapid sequence of poses through sun salutation. Vinyasa yoga classes are often termed as a flow class, which refers to the continuous flow from one posture to the next.
