Fantastic service and a remote location. We have stayed here many times and will continue to stay here in the future when visiting Sonoma. The service was excellent.

Almost everything about our visit was perfect, especially the champagne greeting upon arrival. The only complaint I have is the in-room dining wasn’t good. It took an hour and my soup was cold and salad limp. The food in the restaurant was tasty though.
We came up for a weekend from the Bay Area, and while the historic main building was impressive and Sante was awesome, everything else didn’t live up to Fairmont standards. Our suite had an issue with the TV (couldn’t mute it) and the tub (difficult to operate), but the worst problem was the thin walls (adjoining room guests noises) and blaring loud music from a neighboring property that required the front desk to call law enforcement. The spa was not that impressive, compared to say the Bellagio La Quinta or Scottsdale Princess.
