Celebrated Executive Chef Bruno Tison of the Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa (and home to the lauded, Michelin-starred Santé dining room) is pleased to introduce private cooking classes (held on-site at the iconic resort) for cooks of all levels of interest and skill.
Bespoke classes may be scheduled as Participative, where you cook alongside the Chef, Demonstration Format, where you watch Chef Tison do the cooking, or Party Classes for groups of friends or colleagues.

Four course - $60 pp (with food sampler tastings add $40 per person)

The youngest appointed Executive Chef of the legendary Plaza (a Fairmont sister property) Tison’s nouvelle cuisine has earned extensive critical acclaim. He has captured numerous awards including FOOD ARTS “Silver Spoon”, a gold medal at the NY International Food Show Exposition and first prize at the NYC Hotel & Motel Culinary Olympics. Most recently, he has led the resort's culinary team in receiving the celebrated Michelin star.
