Michael Bauer of the San Francisco Chronicle reveals Top 100 Restaurants - Santé at the Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn Shines Bright

Santé, the fine dining room at the Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa, received four bright stars on Michael Bauer’s (San Francisco Chronicle) coveted “Top 100 Bay Area Restaurants List,” which was published earlier this week. Bauer shares, “….chefs continue to be very ingredient-based and have built a cuisine that reflects the region; it’s a style that’s hard to duplicate anywhere else.”
Earlier this Santé was also graced with the coveted Michelin star for the second consecutive year in the current Michelin Guide San Francisco, Bay Area & Wine Country 2011- internationally recognized as the preeminent culinary guide.
