Plan the creation of your wedding cake with our Pastry Chef. Our cakes are works of art prepared entirely in our pastry kitchen. When ordering a cake with multiple ties, your may select a different cake flavor and cake filling for each cake layer. For appearance, we do recommend the same frosting for each cake layer. You are welcome to provide a personal cake topper for placement.

Sponge Cake: Chocolate, Vanilla, Carrot cake, plain Pound Cake, Fruit cake
Fillings: Chocolate, Vanilla, Mocha, Praline (roasted Almond or Hazelnut, caramel ), Lemon, Raspberry, Whipped cream cheese and lemon (Weather or Location permitting)
Size: Rounds, Hexagonal, or square cakes 6', 8', 10', 12', 14', 16'
Decorations: Rolled white fondant covering for the outside of the cake Butter cream icing for the outside (Weather or Location permitting) Cake will be decorated according to Guests request
Themed Cakes: Themed cakes can be made upon request
Flowers: Fresh flowers should be ordered directly through the Florist (this will avoid the wrong flowers or color scheme) Sugar or icing flowers can be made according to Guest requests

Use the Cake as a Dessert Cake: Lower numbers should be considered to figure out how big a cake is needed. Cake will be cut up by Kitchen staff, plated and served with appropriate sauces and garnishes.
Use the Cake as an After Dinner Coffee Cake: Higher numbers can be considered for that purpose, as only smaller pieces are needed per person
Please Note: A $6 USD per person plus 15% per person service charge will be applied for cakes supplied by an outside caterer. |
