To Reserve: At least 48 hours advance notice is required. To Cancel: Cancellation must be 24 hours in advance.
Rate: £15 per hour or part hour.
Ratio: Children over 2 yrs is 1 adult: 2 children
Children under 2 yrs is 1 adult: 1 child
Restriction: More than 2 children requires 2 sitters.
Bellstaff
The Bellstaff at the hotel are situated at the front doors with 24 hour coverage.

Check-in Time
Check-in time at our resort is scheduled from 3:00 pm. If your plans have you arriving prior to this time, please contact us for availability of an early check-in, or it would be our pleasure to store your luggage.
Check-out Time
Check-out time is 12 noon. Please contact us to enquire about late check-out and applicable charges, luggage assistance and transportation requirements.

Currency Exchange is available at the Front Desk or any bank or post office in St Andrews.

Gift Shops
There is a Gift Shop within the hotel and a Golf Pro Shop situated within the main Clubhouse building. They offer a wide range of golf and leisure wear along with accessories.
Golf
Enjoy the fresh sea air on our championship golf courses, The Torrance and The Kittocks. Juniors (16 yrs or under) plays golf for free as long as they are accompanied by a fee paying adult.

Helipad
For those wishing to arrive at the hotel by helicopter, a helipad is situated at the front of the hotel. Please call us for further information.
Kids Club
We offer special programming aimed at our younger guests aged 3-12 years available on Fridays 1830-2100, Saturdays 1500-1730 and 1830-2100. Legislation dictates the capacity of children allowed to attend the Kids Club, therefore, advance arrangements are advised to avoid disappointment. Programs and timings may vary.
Fee of £15 per child per session, to be paid in advance. Vouchers to purchase for the Kids Club are available at Front Desk.

Laundry and Valet Services
Laundry and dry cleaning are available seven days a week.
Lost and Found
The Housekeeping Department offers assistance in tracing lost property mislaid in the hotel. Items found are kept for 3 months.
Parking
Complimentary overnight parking is available. Our Concierge can arrange valet parking.
Pets
Pets are welcome at Fairmont St Andrews. Pet free areas are designated, and charges for pets do apply.
Rail Link
There are frequent rail links to Leuchars Station which is a 10 mile taxi ride to St Andrews. A regular bus service also links the station with St Andrews.
Running
A 2.4 mile scenic running track is available throughout the resort grounds. A jogging map is available from Concierge.
Safety Deposit Boxes
Electronic safes are found in most guest rooms. There is no charge for the use of the safes.
Shoe Shine
Overnight shoe shine is available. Shoe shine service is complimentary for Fairmont President Club members.
Shuttle Service
From 2nd November, 2009 to 30th April, 2010 - the hotel provides complimentary scheduled transportation to and from the town of St Andrews between 0800 - 1800. Please note, the shuttle service is available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved in advance. Concierge will assist with shuttle times and taxi transfers for any guests wishing to travel to the town in the evenings.
From 1st May to 30th September, 2010 the shuttle service will be available between
0800 - 2200.
Spa
Relax in our luxurious new Fairmont signature Spa while the children enjoy our Kids' Club or enjoy splash time together in our 16 metre swimming pool.
Wheelchair Accessibility
There are accessibility rooms with doors wide enough for wheelchair access. The rooms also have roll-in showers, non-slip mats and night lights. Wheelchairs are available from Concierge.
