To Reserve: at least 48 hours advance notice is required.
To Cancel: cancellation must be made 24 hours in advance.
Rate: £15/hour for one or two children over the age of 2 years.
Children under the age of 2 years require 1 to 1 care by law.
Restrictions: More than two children requires two sitters.
The Bellstaff is at the front doors, 24-hour coverage.
Luggage storage is available at no additional charge.
Concierge Desk

Daily from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
(The Night Porter covers Concierge duties before and after these times)
Located in the Main Lobby, to the left of the front doors when entering the hotel.
Inquire at the Concierge Desk for restaurant reservations, and tour information, return flight confirmation, limousine transportation from airport, and much more.
Currency Exchange: Available at the Front Desk or any bank or post office in St Andrews.
Guests can check-out by completing the form on the back of your welcome wallet.
Laundry and Drycleaning available seven-days-a-week between 6:30 a.m. and 10:00 p.m Monday to Saturday 7:00 - 10:00 p.m. on Sunday. For Laundry/Dry-cleaning pick-up, call the Valet at Ext. 7051
4-hour LAUNDRY service is available -- items picked up before 9:30 a.m. will be returned by 2:00 p.m. Items picked up before 1:30 p.m. will be returned by 6:00 p.m. Drycleaning takes longer. There is no overnight service available.
Shoe Shine: Places shoes in Valet bag and call Concierge for pick-up. YOur shoes will be delivered to your room by 7:00 a.m. the next morning, or earlier upon request.
The Housekeeping Department offers assistance in tracing lost property mislaid in the hotel. Items found are kept for 3 months. Please contact Extension 0 in the hotel.
Electronic Safes are found in most guest rooms. There is no charge for the use of these safes. They are not big enough to hold a laptop. The hotel is very secure and theft is not an issue. Most guests leave their laptops set up on their desk in their room.
A Safety Deposit Box is also available at the Front Desk.
