Rich terracotta tones, rustic browns and olive greens coat the room and enhance its dramatic Tuscan atmosphere.  The menu provides a combination of the flavours and cooking styles of the Mediterranean using the finest, local Scottish ingredients. The menu is enhanced with an exciting variety of wines and champagnes from the Mediterranean basin. A fine dining experience, the restaurant has an intimate feel with a relaxed atmosphere.
