St Andrews is in the Kingdom of Fife on Scotland's east coast. There are three major international airports that guests may fly into: Edinburgh Airport (EDI), Glasgow Airport (GLA), Aberdeen Dyce Airport (ABZ), and Dundee Airport (DND) 

Edinburgh Airport is located approximately 84 km / 52 miles, or about a 60 minute drive from the resort. It is possible to take the scenic route from Edinburgh Airport to St Andrews, driving through picturesque and charming fishing villages, but this adds approximately 30 minutes to the journey.

Glasgow Airport is located approximately 119 km / 74 miles or about a 2 hour drive from the resort.

Aberdeen Airport is located approximately 135 km / 84 miles or about a 2.5 hour drive from the resort.

Dundee Airport is located approximately 25 km / 15 miles or about a 25 minute drive from the resort.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS

Directions from Edinburgh

• Take A90 over the Forth Road Bridge on to the M90.
• At junction 8 take the A91 towards St Andrews.
• Follow A91 to St Andrews.
• At St Andrews at the 1st roundabout take 2nd exit for town centre.
• At next roundabout take 1st exit onto North Street.
• Continue along North Street to Cathedral and follow the road round to the right.
  At mini roundabout take 1st exit A917 for Crail.
• Fairmont St Andrews is approximately 2.0 miles on the left.

Directions from Glasgow

• From Glasgow take M8 towards Edinburgh.
• At Junction 2 turn onto M9 and follow signs for the Forth Road Bridge.
• Take A90 over the Forth Road Bridge on to the M90.
• At junction 8 take the A91 towards St Andrews.
• Follow A91 to St Andrews.
• At St Andrews at the 1st roundabout take 2nd exit for town centre.
• At next roundabout take 1st exit onto North Street.
• Continue along North Street to Cathedral and follow the road round to the right.

TRAIN INFORMATION

St Andrews is not on the train line. The nearest station is Leuchars on main line from London, Edinburgh and Aberdeen (20-minutes away from Fairmont St. Andrews). St Andrews may be reached by car, taxi or by bus from Leuchars. More information available from the concierge.

Approximately a 15-minute journey from the train station to St Andrews. 2 to 3 buses per hour between (9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. and less frequently at other times)
