The New York City spa artfully melds the signature Caudalie Vinothérapie® Spa elements; warm precious wood, relaxing dark stones and symbolic vine sculptures for a warm modern ambiance. 14 treatment rooms, a Vichy shower, a private VIP room for 2, Vinothérapie® Spa signature barrel bath, 2 Hammans and an exclusive French Paradox Wine Lounge create a unique environment for Caudalie’s world renowned skin care rituals.

Spa treatments include a menu of world-famous facials with grape and vine active patents, to purify, firm, energize and illuminate your skin as the Vinoperfect Facial as well as Honey & Wine Wraps, a Crushed Cabernet Scrub, and the Wine Maker’s Massage for the body.  Treatments are all manually therapeutic and performed by trained Vinotherapists. Each with the restorative benefits of grape and grapevine polyphenols.

A special Fresh Grape Manicure and Fresh Grape Pedicure service has been added exclusively for the The Plaza.

As at all Caudalie Vinothérapie® Spas, all treatments are exclusive to Caudalie. Guests are served organic draining herbal tea with red vine leaves and grapes through out their visit to the spa.  In addition, a special menu of small plates selected by the founders to compliment and enhance the flavors of their personally selected wines will be offered in the exclusive wine lounge.

LA PALESTRA has been a New York institution since 1994, committed to creating a state of the art facility providing an array of the highest quality fitness, wellness, and medical services.
