Cocktails and a show have never been quite as glamorous as a glass of champagne in the lobby's Champagne Bar followed by a memorable performance at Lincoln Center.   After indulging in the finest champagne and caviar in the world, head slightly across town to the worlds leading performing arts mecca, Lincoln Center.  Depending on the evening schedule, enjoy an outstanding performance from one of the variety of famous organizations that make up Lincoln Center including Jazz at Lincoln Center, The Juilliard School, Lincoln Center Theater, The Metropolitan Opera, New York City Ballet, New York City Opera, and the New York Philharmonic, to name a few.  Your Plaza Concierge will be happy to coordinate a guided tour of Lincoln Center’s campus and special “meet the artist” opportunities. 

Central Park By Night
Breathe in some fresh air after dinner with invigorating ice skating at Wollman Rink in Central Park, open at night from Wednesday to Sunday.  Before heading back to The Plaza, make one more stop for a romantic horse-drawn carriage ride at the edge of Central Park South.  Relax and unwind while you enjoy the tranquil park atmosphere under the stars.  Giving visitors a taste of “Old New York”, most standard rides are approximately 17 minutes, while longer jaunts explore more of the park and The Plaza’s neighborhood. 

Give Your Regards To Broadway
A visit to New York City would not be complete without seeing a Broadway or Off- Broadway show. If you are in the mood for a musical, try favorites like A Chorus Line, Jersey Boys, Wicked or Mama Mia.  For a more serious evening, head to a classic play like A Bronx Tale or Cat on a Hot Tin Roof.  For an off-beat and Off-Broadway experience, head downtown and catch The Blue Man Group or Stomp.  The Plaza’s dedicated Concierge team would be happy to coordinate an evening at the theatre, including suggestions and reservations for a post-theatre meal. 

Suite-Hop Around Manhattan
While it will be hard to leave your suite at The Plaza, take a leap and visit some suites of another kind.  Schedules permitting, let The Plaza Concierge team coordinate an evening in a luxury suite at a concert given by one of your favorite artists or spend an exciting night cheering for the home team at one of New York’s legendary sports complexes. 

Dinner at Sea
Let The Plaza Concierge reserve a unique dining experience for you on the Bateaux New York, a luxury all-glass dining yacht.  Its design is reminiscent of sleek European river boats, the cruise evokes memories of those sultry Bateaux-Mouches rides down the Seine River in Paris.  Live music accompanies amazing views of New York City through a glass-enclosed dome while guests enjoy a gourmet meal.

230 Fifth Rooftop Garden lets guests have cocktails al fresco 365 days a year.  Open from 4 pm to 4 am, guests can see the Empire State Building from an entirely new angle while enjoying an afternoon or late-night concoction. 

Rose Club Nightcap
Before heading up to your luxurious Plaza guestroom or suite for the night, end the evening with a delicious signature cocktail or light bite at one of The Plaza’s new spaces, The Rose Club.  The Rose Club lets guests overlook the comings and goings of the lobby from the mezzanine level above and is the perfect way to end a New York City evening.
