Check-In / Check-Out

Check-in is anytime after 3:00 p.m., local time, on the day of arrival, and check-out is anytime before noon.

Complementary One-Way Shuttle Service

Longing for exploring the alleys of the charming Khan El Khalili or for spending a day at the fascinating Egyptian Museum? Fairmont Heliopolis and Towers provides a complementary one-way shuttle service to both destinations for your convenience. The service is available once per day at 9:00am.

Want to shop till you drop? The hotel offers a complementary one-way shuttle service to the largest shopping mall in Cairo; City Stars. The service is available twice per day at 11:00am and 5:00pm.

In addition, each hour a free shuttle bus is available to escort you to Cairo International Airport. The service is available throughout the whole day.

Voice-Mail Check-Out
Guests may dial the hotel check-out extension from their hotel room and a recording will guide guests through the check-out process.

Guests may verify and sign their bill received the night prior to departure.  The signed copy may be dropped in the Express Check-Out Box, located at the Front Desk.

The hotel provides a wide range of laundry and dry-cleaning services from 7:00am till 11:00pm. All laundry items received before 10:00am will be delivered the same day after 6:00pm.

Special Service for items received between 10:00am and 1:00pm, and three-hours Express Service from 7:00am and 8:00pm are also available at extra charges.

Laundry bags and price list are located at the guest room's wardrobe.

Valet parking is available at a price of £e 5.00/night, no in-and-out privileges. Self parking is available at a price of £e 3.00/night, no in-and-out privileges.
