Bell staff are located in the main lobby of the hotel. They will be happy to assist you with porterage.
A Concierge is available in the main lobby of the hotel. They can arrange for dinner reservations, city tours, and activity reservations and provide directions to major attractions or events.
Currency Exchange is available at the Misr Bank in the hotel 24/7. They can convert most major currencies (USD, CDN, EURO, AUS) as well as cash traveler’s cheques.
Guests who provided an address and a credit card number at time of reservation or at check-in have access to different check-out options:
- Video Check-Out: This feature will allow the guest to review his/her account status directly from the guest room's television set. The guest only needs to follow the instructions to complete the check-out.
- Voice-Mail Check-Out: This feature will allow the guest to dial the hotel check-out extension from his/her room. The guest will need to follow specific instructions, such as providing the guest's full name, address and room number.
- Express Check-Out Box: The night prior to the departure, a copy of the bill is slipped under the guest's door. If all charges are in order, the guest then only needs to sign the bill and drop it in the Express Check-Out Box that is located at the Front Desk.
A wide range of laundry and dry-cleaning services are available from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Laundry bags and price list are located in the guest room's wardrobe.
Valet parking is available at a price of £e 5.00/night, no in-and-out privileges. Self parking is available at a price of £e 3.00/night, no in-and-out privileges.
