Babysitting can be arranged through the Concierge Desk.
For a more personalized service, Front Desk Agents take care of bell staff duties. They will check you in and then bring your luggage to your room. The hotel offers free luggage storage depending on availability of space.
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time is 12:00 p.m.
The Concierge Desk is located in the Lobby and will take care of dining reservations, any sports reservations, babysitting, among others. Calling cards can be purchased at the Concierge Desk.
Three elevators are located on the Lobby Level, beside the Front Desk.
Guest can check their account balance or check-out through the television.
The hotel has several gift shops, such as clothing stores, an art gallery and a sport & ski rental boutique.
Located in the hotel, Moha Hair Salon is open daily from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.. They can be reached at (819) 681-0095.
Housekeeping services are available 24-hours a day.
Washing machines are available on most floors. Soap or fabric softener can be obtained from Room Service.
Indoor valet parking: $17.50 CAD plus tax, for 24-hours, including in and out privileges.
Outdoor self-parking (Mont-Tremblant's public parking): Some fees may apply, it is a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Well trained Dogs under 20 lbs are welcome in some room categories (rooms on main floor). There is a housekeeping charge of $25 CAD/night and dogs should never be left unattended in the guest room and are not allowed in the public spaces. Seeing-eye dogs are allowed everywhere at no extra cost.
Safe deposit boxes are available through the Front Desk, at no extra charge.
