At Le Loup-Garou, Chef Daniel Tobien and his team showcase regional gourmet cuisine. Chef Tobien brings into play local Laurentian products, old French culinary techniques and new forms of presentation, thereby presenting enticingly spectacular dishes. 'The Laurentians abound in culinary richness, it would be unwise not to use it!', exclaims the Chef.
The maximization of the richness of natural local products holds no secret for him; wildfowl meat, guinea-fowls, he even uses the fine herbs found in the region. A refined atmosphere and the warmth of a personalized service adds the finishing touch; the result is absolutely bewitching!
A Name to Remember: The name Loup-Garou was taken from the legend of the last werewolf (Loup-Garou) which recounts that the Windigo (a monster haunting villages) had cast a spell on one of the villagers, making him turn into a werewolf each winter until the coming of spring.
Please note: Loup garou is open for groups of 25 people minimum. Please contact the restaurant directly for any inquiries at (819) 681 7685.
