- Amenity Kits: complimentary amenity kits for Babies & Tots include an Ollie the Otter stuffed animal, no-tears hair wash, cleansing soap, toothbrush & paste, bubble bath and gentle lotion.
Babysitting
Babysitting services are available at the resort. Requests must be made 48 hours prior to the required date and must be for a minimum of 3 hours.
Rates: $90 CAD for the minimum of 3 hours, $23 CAD per extra hour

Dining
At all Fairmont hotels, kids aged 5 and under eat free from the children’s menu while kids aged 6-11 eat for half price from the regular menu. New this year: The expansion of the brand’s Lifestyle Cuisine program for children’s menus - offering a healthy twist on the usual kid-friendly favorites such as chicken strips, pizza, spaghetti with meatballs and even chocolate mousse. Chefs are in the process of swapping out refined flour for whole wheat, incorporating fruits and vegetables into recipes to help meet the recommended daily fiber allowance, and employing alternative cooking methods to help ensure healthier choices are made available to young diners.

Winter Kids’ Club
Children aged 1 to 6 years old are welcome.
Hours of Operations: Open daily from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 12:45 p.m to 4:15 p.m.
*Lunch can be provided if desired.
Group activities such as arts and crafts, songs, indoor and outdoor games are available.
