Babysitting service is provided by ARSI Care Services. All caregivers are Certified Nurse Assistants, over 18 years of age and CPR Trained. Rates are $18 USD per hour and $3 USD per hour for each additional child for a minimum of four hours. Premium fees apply during Holidays. Fee is paid directly to agency. Parking fees if applicable are incurred by guest. Advance reservations are required. Please contact the resort Concierge for telephone number. A 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all reservations.
Bellmen are located in the Entrance of the Main Lobby of the hotel. They will be happy to assist you with porterage and luggage storage.
Check-in time at The Fairmont Turnberry Isle Resort & Club is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 12:00 noon.
The Concierge is available from 7:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m. daily in the Main Lobby of the hotel. They can assist with dinner reservations, event tickets, tours and directions to sites in and around Miami; or any other request that will ensure a pleasant and enjoyable visit. The Front Desk is available 24-hours in case you need help when the Concierge is closed.
The Housekeeping staff is pleased to offer daily maid service and turndown to ensure the best possible comfort to all our guests. Housekeeping can also offer a variety of amenities upon your request such as cribs, bed boards, and additional pillows.
At The Fairmont Turnberry Isle Resort & Club, our Kids' Connection a supervised children's program is resort-style fun for children ages 5 to 12 offering half and full-day programs. Full Day Programs run 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. ($60 per child, including lunch), Half Day Programs 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. ($40 per child). With a myriad of activities including Teambuilding and Cooperative Games, Arts & Crafts, Sports, Fitness Fun, Drama, Pool Activities, Character Club and more! It's sure to bring a smile to your kids' faces.
Children's program is available daily by request only with advanced notice.

All items received by 9:30 a.m. will be delivered to the room by 7:00 p.m. that day. Please contact the Housekeeping department for more details.

Valet parking is available 24-hours a day. Overnight Valet Parking is $30 USD per night. Valet Parking is $15 USD per day.
We accept pets under 20 lbs subject to advance reservations. There is an additional charge of $25 USD per day for this service. Seeing-eye dogs are always welcome and exempt of charges and restrictions. Check-in amenities include gift bag with dog biscuits, chew toy, dog tooth brush, dog tag. Dog dishes and dog beds also available upon request.
Kennel services are also available approximately 10 minutes from the hotel. Please contact the concierge for more details.
An in-room safe is available in all of our guest rooms. In addition, our Front Desk offers complimentary safe deposit boxes.
