Bellmen are located at the Entry Pavilion and in the Main Lobby of the hotel. They will be happy to assist you with porterage and luggage storage.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m.
Check-out time is 12:00 p.m.
The Concierge Desk is located in the Main Lobby and is available 24 hours a day. They can assist you with dinner reservations, limousine rental and directions to major attractions in the area.
Guests of The Fairmont Vancouver Airport can check-in to their flight from the hotel lobby. The first airport hotel in the world to offer a self-service 'common-use' airline check-in (CUSS) leaves The Fairmont Vancouver Airport in a league of its own with service enhancing technology. The airline check-in kiosk is a result of customer demand, designed to make airline check-in more efficient and time effective for departing guests. Currently, Air Canada and affiliates,Westjet and Northwest Airlines are available on the CUSS kiosk.

The Fairmont Vancouver Airport is a tenant of the Airport and therefore the airport parking rates apply.
Valet parking: $25.00/night, with in-and-out privileges.
Small pets are permitted in the hotel at a price of $25.00/stay. The animal must be on a leash at all times and must never be left unattended in the room. Seeing-eye dogs are always welcome at no charge.
The hotel has ten wheelchair accessible rooms. The rooms have a door clearance of 33 inches with lowered closet shelf , rod, thermostat and light switches. The bathrooms have a roll-in shower, lowered vanity and towel rack.
