THE FAIRMONT VANCOUVER AIRPORT

In a hotel industry first, The Fairmont Vancouver Airport unveiled a
self-service check-in kiosk in its lobby on May 01, 2003, that is designed to make the
airline check-in experience faster and more convenient for departing guests.

Based on a new industry software standard called 'CUSS,' or common use
self-service, the new system allows passengers to access many different airlines'
self-service check-in applications from a single kiosk. The kiosk has the capacity to
print a boarding pass for any traveler with Air Canada and its affiliates, Westjet and Northwest Airlines with a Canadian or US destination. These kiosks typically enable passengers to check-in in less than 60 seconds.

Located directly in the Vancouver International Airport, no shuttle is required to
get to the property. Simply take the elevator up from the International
Departures terminal to The Fairmont Vancouver Airport.
