Doc Cheng's
Exciting, young and dynamic, located on the lower level of the hotel, award winning Doc Cheng's serves European-Asian fusion cuisine in a mélange of Far Eastern and Western 1920s-style decor. Oriental wood carving, black and white photographs, chandeliers, and antique furniture with red and gold patterned fabrics create an intimate and unique atmosphere. The Far East is so near.
The blending of East and West, ancient and contemporary, are reflected not only in the interior design, but also on the menu. Prepared in a showroom kitchen and using Asian cooking methods, dishes are inspired by traditional Asian recipes, enriched with fresh European and Asian ingredients.
