The second largest suite at The Fairmont Waterfront, the Garden Suite is located on the third floor and offers the option of being a one or two bedroom suite. The Garden Suite has been entirely renovated in 2010, including wood floors, new furniture, artwork and décor. This specialty suite offers a private garden terrace with access to the swimming pool patio. The Garden Suite offers LG 37 inch flat screen televisions in both the bedrooms and the living room, wireless internet access, and a spacious living room suited for entertaining.

The Royal Suite is The Fairmont Waterfront's largest specialty suite, and was home to Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II during her Royal Jubilee visit in 2002. Located on the seventh and eighth floors, this recently renovated split level suite offers a spacious living area, wood floors, pantry kitchen, access to our Fairmont Gold floor, and a large private terraced balcony with stunning views. The main bedroom has a large ensuite marble bathroom with deep jetted soaker tub and separate shower. Amenities include a LG 52 inch flat screen television in the living room, LG 37 inch flat screen televisions in the bedrooms, wireless internet access, and a desk with special business amenities.
