The Fairmont Waterfront offers fully bonded babysitting service with a 4-hour minimum notice. The babysitters are also required to work at least four hours due to British Columbia Labour Standards. Prices are:
- $16.00/hour for one child
- $18.00/hour for two children
- $28.00/hour for up to four children
- $20.00 transportation fee

Bellmen are located at the Entry Pavillion and in the Main Lobby of the hotel. They will be happy to assist you with luggage storage and porterage to Canada Place Cruise Ship Terminal.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m.
Check-out time is 12:00 noon
The hotel has a Tour and Travel Concierge Desk which is located in the Main Lobby. They can help you arrange dinner reservations, get theater tickets and give you directions to major attractions.
The hotel has four elevators that service from the Lobby to the guest rooms. Another elevator is accessible from the parking garage.
Guests can verify their account balance status and check-out through their television set. A receipt will be mailed out to the address provided by the guest at the time of reservation or check-in.

The Housekeeping staff is pleased to provide humidifiers, cribs and rollaways when needed. They also handle all request for lost and found items.
Full laundry service is available seven days a week. In order to guarantee same-day delivery, the laundry must be ready by noon. Laundry pick-up by the Housekeeping staff starts at 7:00 a.m. Delivery will be done at 6:00 p.m. Laundry bags are found in the guestroom's closet.
Overnight parking at the hotel is in effect from 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. the next day.

Small cats and dogs are permitted in the hotel at a price of $35.00 for the entire stay. Seeing-eye dogs are always welcome and exempt of charges.
