The Fairmont Waterfront offers a variety of function space suitable for weddings & receptions ranging from 10 to 590 guests.

Overlooking the North Shore Mountains & Inner Harbor, the Princess Louisa and Terrace Suite provide amazing views. For larger gatherings our MacKenzie and Waterfront Ballrooms present an impressive and lavish atmosphere.

The Waterfront Ballroom
Minimum of 250 people to a maximum of 590
(Dinner / Dance maximum is 440 people)

Set the tone for your once in a lifetime event as you enter the foyer of the Waterfront Ballroom.  Watch the sun set over Stanley Park from the 20' floor to ceiling windows as white gloved servers pass canapes &
champagne.

Make your grand entrance into the ballroom where four spectacular chandeliers light an impressive and elegant room.  Dance the night away after enjoying an exquisite meal created especially for you.

The MacKenzie Ballroom
Minimum of 100 people to a maximum of 200 people
(Dinner / Dance maximum is 170 people)

The MacKenzie Ballroom, located on the concourse level of the hotel, offers 12 foot ceilings, four beautiful chandeliers and elegant decor throughout the room.  Light  the candles, dim the lights & enjoy your special night!

The Princess Louisa Suite
Minimum of 30 people to a maximum of 70 people

A unique room located on the 2nd floor of the hotel.  Enjoy the spectacular view showcasing Stanley Park & the cruise ships at Canada Place.  Beautiful French doors lead to your elegant dining area - a Must see!

The Terrace Suite
Minimum of 10 people to a maximum of 30 people

Step outside to your private patio with a commanding view of the North Shore Mountains.  This Suite offers a private sanctuary for smaller groups desiring a more casual intimate atmosphere.  A separate seating area
& private facilities along with built in bar compliment the spectacular setting.
