The Fairmont Waterfront is partnering with Canadian Outback Adventure to offer ''The Eagle Safari'', a package that provides a bird's eye view of Vancouver and the take-off point for your eagles adventure.

The adventure begins upon check-in at The Fairmont Waterfront. Your adventure truly takes flight at 8:30 a.m. as we transport you, via shuttle to Brackendale, where you begin your quest for eagles.

The Eagle Safari takes guests on a comfortable float down the Squamish River for a two-hour experience that promises an interesting and unforgettable look at the eagles in their natural habitat. The trip finishes off with a hearty lunch at the Howe Sound Inn & Brewing Co.

Package Includes:

One night accommodation in a luxurious guestroom

Binoculars (yours to keep!)
Eagle Safari
Lunch at the Howe Sound Inn & Brewing Co.
Transportation to and from the safari (pick-up time at The Fairmont Waterfront is 8:30am, returning at approximately 3pm)

Availability

This package is only available from November 29, 2008 to February 15, 2009. Blackout dates: There will be no departures available on December 24, 25, 26 and January 1.

Rates:

Package rate starts from $499 CAD for a Fairmont Room per night based on double occupancy. Add an additional night at The Fairmont Waterfront starting at $189 CAD for a Fairmont Room.

Reservation Policy:
A five-day advance notice is required for booking.
