Located just off the lobby of the Fairmont Waterfront, Herons Restaurant features two stories of floor-to-ceiling windows allowing natural light and views of the harbor and mountains.
Herons Restaurant features the best of British Columbia, offering fresh, seasonal and regional cuisine. The herbs and garnishes grown year round in the hotel's 2,100 square foot terrace herb garden inspire the restaurant's seasonal menus and popular buffets. Our Executive Chef, Patrick Dore, takes pride in using the best local products when creating new menu items for Herons daily fresh sheet. This winter, Chef Dore is currently continuing to harvest "Pink" and "Blue Spire" Rosemary from our very own herb garden, and still using our fresh bay trees!
Herons Restaurant offers daily breakfast, lunch and dinner. Brunch is available every Sunday.
