Established in 1995, The Nanny Network Ltd. has been providing quality childcare to children of all ages. While you are enjoying all that Whistler has to offer, qualified and reliable nannies will provide childcare at your location. Whether it be daytime or evening, your children are in capable hands. Arts and crafts, swimming, and story time are just a few activities that your children can look forward to. All over the age of 20 years, each of the nannies hold a current First Aid/CPR certification. Their references have been carefully screened and they have all undergone The Royal Canadian Mounted Police Security Check. The Nanny Network is licensed, bonded and insured. Bell Staff are located at the main entrance of the hotel. They will be happy to assist you with porterage and luggage storage bell services. Bell Staff are available to assist you 24-hours, 7-days per week.
Complimentary bicycle, ski and golf storage is available in the lower lobby concourse level of the hotel.
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.

A full set of elevators are located in the hotel lobby.
Express Check Out forms are included in the your room key passport. These can be dropped off at the front desk located in the lobby of the hotel should you prefer to have your balances settled to your credit card rather than being assisted by a Front Desk Agent. Account balances can be reviewed using the menu screen on your guestroom television.
Fairmont Gold Guestrooms and Penthouse suites all have gas-burning fireplaces. Large, wood-burning fireplaces are located between the Great Hall and Mallard Lounge, in The Wildflower, and in the Fairmont Gold Lounge.

The Housekeeping department would be happy to provide you with playpens, irons and ironing boards at no extra charge.
You are welcome to use coin-operated washers and dryers on four of the hotel floors. Dry cleaning services are also available.
Indoor valet parking with unlimited access and indoor self-parking (with video surveillance) are available at $25.00 per day, self-parking or $30.00 per day, valet parking.
The Fairmont Chateau Whistler welcomes small pets for a rate of $25.00 plus 6% GST per day. Pets will be supplied with a small pet bed, special treats, and a pet bowl. The charge will be added to guests accounts to cover additional cleaning expenses required.
Available at the Front Desk at no extra charge. As well, every guestroom is equipped with a safe.
There are 15 wheelchair-accessible guestrooms: 13 rooms with king beds and two rooms with two queen beds. In addition, there is a coffee table, two casual chairs, television, three-piece bathroom, lowered controls, wider doors and spaces, fire-alarm lights, and volume-controlled phones. Five rooms are also equipped with sofa sleepers. Two wheelchairs are available at no extra charge.
