Wildflower ($$$) - Tantalizing showcase of locally inspired dishes & innovative classics in this warm and relaxed setting where the picture window frames the magnificent mountain vistas. Offering an extensive ‘by the glass’ wine selection, a variety of regional beers and signature cocktails and, come the warm summer months, alfresco dining is available on the outdoor patio.


Mexican Corner ($$$) - Enjoy tasty Mexican food from ancient civilizations with delicious margaritas in a relaxed Latin atmosphere. Do not take reservations.

La Cantina ($$) – Counter service taqueria is reminiscent of the local spots you’d expect to find within the beach and desert towns of the southern states but with a contemporary twist. Do not take reservations. Steak

The Grill Room ($$$$) - Canadian Prime Beef, Ocean Wise Seafood and organic produce from local farmers, make this a favourite dining experience when visiting Whistler. Suitable for a casual dinner for two or a special night out with friends, the Grill Room at the Fairmont Chateau Whistler will be sure not to disappoint!

Hy’s Steakhouse ($$$$) - Prime steaks, fresh seafood, Alaskan king crab and lobster combined with classic tableside service including Caesar salads, Chateaubriand and flaming Bananas Foster.

The Keg ($$$) - Casual steak house chain known for its casual atmosphere, friendly, and knowledgeable service. Keg has a seafood, chicken, and ribs on their menu. Great for all ages!

Sidecut ($$$$) - Seasonal & locally-sourced menu. The restaurant’s farm & ocean-to-table influence pays homage to British Columbia's diverse fare. Known for their rubs and sauces.


Nagomi Sushi ($$) - Located adjacent to The Fairmont with a large portion of the menu fully cooked in traditional Japanese cuisine.

Sachi Sushi ($$) - Located on Main Street in Summit Lodge. Contemporary sushi with a local flair. Open Tuesday to Friday for lunch and daily for dinner. Reservations for 6 guests or more.

Sushi Village ($$) - Whistler’s original and largest sushi restaurant is located in Sundial Hotel near the lifts in Whistler Village. Upbeat and vibrant atmosphere. Reservations for 6 guests or more. Teppan Village ($$$) - Japanese steak house where your dinner is prepared on the grill, at your table by your own chef. Steak, seafood and vegetarian options. Great entertainment for the whole family.

Italian & Mediterranean

Il Caminetto di Umberto ($$$$) - Umberto Menghi brings us the warmth and hospitality of Tuscany. Fine Italian cuisine for a refreshing break after skiing, hiking, golf, or mountain biking.

Quattro ($$$$) – Warm & inviting Italian cuisine. The menu features cuisine of Central and Northern Italy. The interior features fire places, mahogany and hand painted silk chandeliers. Elegant but casual.

Trattoria di Umberto ($$$$) - Featuring rustic, Tuscan cuisine in a warm and family-friendly atmosphere. The "Tratt" is a slightly more casual Italian dining option than the Il Camintetto di Umberto.

Caramba ($$$) - Specializing in a wide selection of pizza, pasta and also offering fish, seafood and meat from the grill.


Alta Bistro ($$$) - Seasonally inspired dishes. Sourcing from the best suppliers of British Columbia and using traditional and modern culinary techniques, Alta Bistro's food is bright, flavourful, and complex

Red Door ($$$) - Located in Creekside, Chef RD Stewart brings to Red Door Bistro over 20 years experience as chef in the best kitchens of Whistler. His passion for French cuisine meets West Coast.

Basalt ($$$$) Wine bar, salumeria and restaurant offering the ideal combination of service, quality and atmosphere. With an emphasis on curated food and drinks.

Royal Taste of India ($$) - A modern take on Indian cuisine with a great atmosphere and fantastic.starting at $8. Located in the Marketplace at the end of the village stroll above McDonald’s.

Tandoori Grill ($$) - comes a parade of delicious creations. Excellent vegetarian Traditional mode of Indian cooking in Whistler. From the glass-front Tandoor and gluten free options.


Brewhouse ($$$) - Offering a mix of barbeque & rotisserie classics with exceptional pizza, ribs, and pasta options. Nice range of handcrafted ales and lagers brewed onsite. Do not take reservations.

Caramba ($$$) - Specializing in a wide selection of pizza, pasta and also offering fish, seafood and meat from the grill. This bustling bistro books up early for dining between 6:00 and 8:30 pm.

Creekbread ($$) - Cooked in a wood fired hand built earthen oven pizza. Taking pride in using local ingredients, organic produce, free range chicken, and nitrate free meats. Do not take reservations.

Pizza Antico ($$) - Neapolitan pizzaria specializing in fresh in-house made menu items. Wood fired ovens set the stage for a comfortable meal. Pasta, antipasti & salads round out the menu.


Twenty One Steps ($$$) - A casual restaurant committed to great food at reasonable prices. Every dish is made in house from scratch. Well known for their tapas style dining & their large plates as well.

Elements ($$$) - Using the freshest ingredients the menu that will impress any foodie or casual patron alike. Designed for sharing with flavours from around the world. Do not take reservations.

Bar Oso ($$$) - Spanish-influenced small plates, tapas, and house-made charcuterie. The bar is the ultimate place to meet for hand-crafted cocktails and inspired wines. Do not take reservations.

The Clubhouse - The Fairmont Chateau Whistler Golf Club offers a mountain golf and dining experience unlike any other. Stunning views of the 18th hole, full service lunch and dinner menus, The Clubhouse patio is an ideal addition to any Whistler stay.

Earl's ($$$) - Casual West Coast vibe brings it all into sweet harmony. An evolving menu that adapt to the changing seasons. Offering a wide variety of menu choices for all ages.

Milestones ($$$) - Located adjacent to the hotel. Great location for all ages. Kids menu and a large number menu options make this a great dining choice at a reasonable price.
